So what date did you join?
KenNice job!
KenWhat does +1 mean?
FYI I worked on chords while working on Module 1
You won’t be using the chord studies that I can see in any of the modules…I’m on Module 4
I think you do both at the same time, remember this course is about Linear improvisation, not playing chords or comping.
just my 2 cents.
kenThanks Miguel,
I was trying to practice some of the Bebop Cal over a blues backing track
KenThanks Miguel, I appreciate that!!!
Kenthx Richie
thanks Richie, I did without my metronome..I’ll tell you all this counting and keeping time since August has made me better then I’ve ever been at keeping time !!!!
Thanks Richie, that’s what I thought but wanted to make sure.
Kenoh my bad sorry Richie
Your welcome:)
KenUnder the bebop Cal #2, there are two PDF’s
Download: Bebop Calisthenics 2a Calisthenics 2 (for all modes)
The PDF Calisthenics 2 (for all modes) looks identical to Bebop Cal 2A except for the the last few pages were it talks about the Dorian mode? This is on that PDF in module 3 under all modes
SUMMARY OF BEBOP CALISTHENICS #2b:
Arpeggios with Unprepared Approach Tones
DORIAN ( 1- 2 – b3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – b7 )
The following exercises may be applied to any of the 7 fingering patterns.
Thx
KenThanks Miguel! !
