      Hello everyone,

Even though the forum hasn’t been very active lately, I’d like to introduce myself as a new student. After exploring the website for a while, I decided to join as a Platinum member, as I was immediately drawn to Richie Zellon’s teaching approach and his clear, personal way of presenting musical ideas.

I’ve been picking up the guitar on and off for many years, usually playing whatever inspired me at the time. My progress has naturally varied with life’s circumstances. Jazz, however, is fairly new to me. While I feel I already have some of the necessary puzzle pieces, I’m still missing a clear sense of how they fit together musically.

That’s exactly what I’m hoping to gain from this program: a structured path from the big picture down to the details. I especially appreciate the modular, step-by-step format, which avoids information overload and makes focused learning possible alongside everyday commitments.

It would be great to see a bit more exchange here again. Sharing thoughts on the learning material, listening habits, and open questions could be very valuable.

      Best regards,

      Tony

Welcome Tony! I wish the forum was more active, but I’m sad to say that it has been very inactive for quite sometime…Nonetheless, if you ever have any specific questions, be sure to reach out and at least you’ll get a response from me!

        Regards,
        Richie

By the way, if you want to be seen, it is best to post under one of the other topics. I noticed you posted under “How to use the Forum” which usually is passed over by most. 🙂

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I’ll make sure to always post in the appropriate thread, and perhaps the forum will become more active again as we exchange ideas here. So far, I’m really enjoying my experience here, and it’s great that I’m allowed to ask further questions if something seems unclear.
