Richie, I looked at this before and thought something was amiss.
Exercises 5 and 6 are the 3 and b7 arps with 2 note enclosures supposedly descending from above and below. Exercise 5 is as it should be, but exercise 6 is a repeat of 2 from below and above.
Pattern 1 should be:
4 ch 3 1 ch 6 b7 5 4 ch3 1 ch 6 b7 5 4 ch 3 1.I sent a sound file along if it works.

Yes, you are correct and probably the first one to catch this. It is obviously an error on my part…I must have misread the instructions during the video taping and never caught it during editing because it doesn’t have any musical errors.
I am planning on redoing some of these but unfortunately I’ve got too much on my plate for the near future. I will see if I can insert the correct version in there for the meantime. Thanks!
You can probably put a ,caution, explaining the difference with that video download. That’ll save you from having to correct for a while, it might save some time for those who are wondering what’s happening here. I like to use all resources for my learning and therefore I didn’t analyze just the summary or the workbook patterns at length…
