      Is Super locrian the same as the Jazz melodic minor scale?

        Super Locrian is the 7th mode of melodic minor .

            It uses the same notes as the melodic minor starting on the 7th degree.

            Is B Locrian the same as the C major scale ? Same notes ,diferent tonal center.
