Bebop Calisthenics 4A or 4B in Module 5?

Hi Richie,
I’m starting Module 5 and the “Assignments” PDF for that module say to incorporate Bebop Calisthenics 4 into my practice routine using dorian patterns 4 & 1. I took this to mean we should be practicing Bebop Calisthenics 4A, Dorian. However in videos #5 and #6 in the module, the title is Bebop Calisthenics 4B, not 4A.

Just want to confirm which calisthenic we should be practicing in module 5: 4A? or 4B?

Hi Nick,

Yes, sorry that is an error in line for correction for sometime now. Will make sure it is corrected right away. It should be 4A which is Dorian in the workbook.

Super, thank you. And I mistyped above: the PDF says to practice Dorian patterns 4 & 2, not 4 & 1. 🙂
