Arpeggio Frameworks

Hi Ritchie. Just trying to get into the Arp Framework module and noticed the following:
Page 9 “from Section 3”, you say “approach tones can be assigned to any 8th notes, EXCEPT to one place at the end of the prescribed rhythm grouping.”
In Putting it all on Paper page 10, Subvariation 2 at the bottom measure 3, there is an unprepared chromatic approach to the 3 as the last note in that rhythmic grouping.
Why is this instance different?

Sorry Jack, but I will not discuss the arpeggio frameworks on the forum…only with students who are doing lessons with me. What is there is correct but you are misunderstanding the rule on p.9.
