Hey Richie,
I think I saw you mention a few times that there is going to be 2nd series to follow this one. I’m still early on in this one, and I do have a habit of getting ahead of myself (that’s why I really like the monthly release of each module idea), but I’d love to hear about what you have planned for the 2nd series and when it might be finished. Do you get into specific tunes, or just slightly more complex “generic” progressions like rhythm changes? Seems like rhythm changes would be a logical continuation. Just curious, thanks!Hi Joe,
I still haven’t started video taping series 2…but hopefully it should be available somewhere around the middle of the year. It will start out with Rhythm Changes and will concentrate on combining all the fingerings…no more “staying in one position” or one fingering model per tune. It will also introduce new improvisational concepts and will also cover several 32 measure standards that use modal interchange (mixing parallel major & minor tonalities). If you like VOL 1, you’ll love VOL 2!
